The Bashley Bowlers started well with Kris Laurent & Jack Griffith being unlucky not to have a couple of early wickets however Bramshaw batted well and built good partnerships through out the innings. After Bramshaw’s steady start Bashley did well to contain the run rate some good bowling from RWE Paul, James Edmunds and Jack Lister helped Bashley restrict Bramshaw to 240 – 5 off 42 overs.
Bashley’s reply could not have got much better openers Tom O’sullivan (105) and Matt Wedge (94) putting on 181 for the first wicket put Bashley in the driving seat and bar a couple of late wickets Bashley batted brilliantly to close the game out 4 down with 3 overs to spare.
