The sun shone as Bashley ( Rydal) Juniors started the season.
The U15s Away at Sway were set a set a huge target of 171 to chase, as wickets eluded the Bashley Bowlers. In reply, Bashley’s batsmen started strongly, but Sway’s fielding and catching won the day, with Bashley finishing 46 runs short on 127/6
The U11s hosted OTs & Romsey at home. The U11s being a very young squad, bolstered hugely by players from the U9s can be very proud of their first match, many of whom had their first competitive game of hard-ball, 11 a-side cricket.
